Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time clinical patient care experience.
• MD from a top-50 U.S. or European medical program (DO and Caribbean-trained candidates are not a fit).
• Strong academic and clinical pedigree with standout credentials from a top program.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated patient panel.
• Manage chronic and acute care needs, including illness and injury.
• Track physical development and psychological well-being over time.
• Lead a care team with a Registered Nurse and a Patient Care Administrator.
• Create personalized reports and care plans for patients.
