Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Primar y Care Physician — Concierge Medicine to join a low-volume, high-touch practice with autonomous panel management. Positions are on-site in Menlo Park, SF, or Manhattan, with dedicated support from a nurse and care administrator and a strong emphasis on longitudinal patient relationships.

The role requires MD from a top medical program, 3+ years clinical care, and a willingness to be on-site five days a week in preferred locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time clinical patient care experience.
• 1–2+ years in a high-volume setting (e.g., large hospital systems).
• MD from a top-50 U.S. or European medical program (DO and Caribbean-trained candidates are not a fit).
• Strong academic and clinical pedigree across undergrad, med school, and residency, or one standout credential from a top-10 program.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated patient panel.
• Manage both chronic and acute care needs, including illness and injury.
• Track physical development and psychological well-being over time.

Compensation: $300K base (OTE: $300K–$1M, scaling with panel size and tenure)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a concierge primary care practice built around low volume, high touch, high data medicine — a deliberate departure from the high-volume model most physicians are used to. Each physician manages a dedicated panel of around 100 patients (reached over 2–3 years), supported by their own Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator. Physicians see patients across the full life span, from infancy through geriatrics, and have real autonomy in defining what quality care looks like for their panel.

This is a rare chance to practice medicine the way many physicians wish they could: fewer patients, deeper relationships, and the backing of an organization with in-house specialists and a curated network of top outside specialists.

What You'll Do

• MD from a top-50 U.S. or European medical program (DO and Caribbean-trained candidates are not a fit for this search)
• Strong academic and clinical pedigree — ideally strong credentials across undergrad, med school, and residency, or one standout credential from a top-10 program
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in sharing best practices with a team
• Intellectually curious about modern diagnostics and therapeutics
• Comfortable with full in-person availability and a commitment to hands-on, long-term patient relationships (this is not a fit for physicians looking to pivot toward research, teaching, or start-up advisory work)
