Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet and schedule patients for biologic infusions in Albuquerque. You’ll coordinate with referring practices, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience with a white-glove approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be tech-savvy with CRM/EMR systems, and work well in a fast-paced clinic. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CRM and EMR software systems.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Eligibility to meet U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Call, schedule, and welcome patients for their infusions.
• Coordinate with referring practices to bring patients to Pure.
• Ensure smooth visit logistics and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinic staff to support care coordination.
