Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk area.
• Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
• Research and respond to inquiries.
• Receive, store, and distribute packages from Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
• Issue pool passes.
• Send out communications to homeowners regarding community events, maintenance, and HOA rules and regulations.
• Monitor move-in and move out procedures and reservations for the loading dock and elevators.
• Other duties as assigned.

Part time Concierge opening at Shirlington Village Condominiums in Arlington, VA.

Work Hours: 20- 25 hours a week.

Weekends + (2) Weeknight shifts.

Weekends: Sat. & Sun. 9am-6pm (one hour break)

Weeknights: M-F, 4:30pm - 8pm.

Option to pick up extra shifts as they become available.

Daily responsibilities:
