Inova 360 Concierge Medicine is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Fairfax, VA. This full-time day-shift role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a location at 8081 Innovation Park Drive, Suite #200, Fairfax, VA.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing; ADN holders must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: 0 years of RN clinical experience.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential duties for clinic/non-acute operations; includes full intakes, reconciling medications, patient education, vaccinations/injections/phlebotomy.
• Provides safe/therapeutic care in a physician practice or outpatient setting, with holistic, data-informed approaches to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensures efficiency in care delivery; sets priorities and works with team to maximize productivity; serves as resource and mentor.
• Makes independent clinical decisions based on education and experience.

Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

• Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include:

  • Full Intakes

  • Reconciliation of Medications

  • Patient Education

  • Vaccinations/Injections/Phlebotomy

• Provides safe/therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a physician practice or other outpatient setting. Incorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families to include patient and family education. Achieves desired patient outcomes by using an integrated approach.

• Incorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings. Provides direction and guidance to others regarding practice while serving as a resource, preceptor and mentor.

• Ensures efficiency in the delivery of care. Determines immediate priorities and offers solutions for problems. Works with the team to achieve maximum productivity.

• Makes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

• Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.

• Experience: 0 years of registered nurse clinical experience.

• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of RN experience
