Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests and guide inquiries throughout the community.

The on-call position (4-8 hour shifts) requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to respond promptly in emergencies. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable; prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
• Excellent oral communication skills including a clear speaking voice.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to deal with stress and act responsibly with good judgment in an emergency situation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents and guests.
• Answer resident questions and address simple needs; monitor emergency response and community systems.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls.
• Maintain a resident- and customer-focused approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

Concierge

On Call, 4-8 hours shifts

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished resident services team to welcome and direct all residents and guests of the community. This selected candidate will answer resident questions; address simple resident needs, monitor the emergency response and other community systems, receive and direct all incoming calls.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants will preferably possess prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.

Pay Range
