Job summary

Banner House at T Bar M in Dallas is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant focused on women’s health, hormone management, and longevity medicine. You will collaborate with the Women's Health Physician and Medical Director to deliver personalized care across life stages in a low-volume, elevated wellness environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong clinical judgment, superb bedside manner, and a passion for hormone optimization, metabolic health, and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited PA program and active Texas license.
• NCCPA certification and BLS/CPR training required.
• Ability to perform comprehensive women's health assessments and screenings.
• Experience with hormone therapies and preventive/longevity medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care under clinical direction and Texas law.
• Obtain medical, gynecologic, reproductive and lifestyle histories and perform examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Women's Health Physician.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics within delegated authority.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up recommendations.
• Coordinate complex care with the Women's Health Physician and Banner Wellness team.
