Sunrise Senior Living in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors, keep a warm, organized front desk, and assist the Sales team with inquiries. The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and teamwork in a dynamic senior living environment.

You'll support move-ins, marketing materials, appointment scheduling, and routine admin tasks while maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities
