Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Burlington, MA is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to greet residents and guests, manage calls, and support sales and operations with a warm, professional presence.

You will assist with move-ins, maintain the front desk and Bistro area, participate in recruitment, and help with scheduling, mail, and basic office tasks in a fast-paced senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
