Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Severna Park, MD seeks a Front Desk Concierge to warmly greet residents, families and visitors, manage calls, and support the Sales team while maintaining a safe, organized community.

You will assist with move-ins, coordinate appointments, oversee front desk and Bistro, handle administrative data entry, and help ensure Sunrise’s hospitality standards are met every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
