Menger Springs Senior Living Community is hiring a Concierge in Boerne, TX. The role supports residents, families, and guests with a welcoming, professional presence and smooth daily operations.

Training and growth opportunities are provided, with emphasis on superior service and teamwork. This PRN position offers both day and night shifts and requires strong communication and office skills to handle calls, sign-ins, and logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with office equipment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, phone, copier, and fax machines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service focused

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet residents, family members, and guests
• Coordinate transportation for residents, including drivers and outside services
• Maintain visitor and resident sign-in/out logs
• Provide clerical support: data entry, filing, mailings, typing, menus
• Assist residents with maintenance requests
• Respond to emergency calls from residents
• Schedule use of meeting rooms and distribute facility mail
• Maintain resident logs and facility phone lists
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do
