Planned Companies – Concierge – Job Description

Friday Saturday Sunday Monday - 3pm to 11pm - 32 hours Total

Pay Rate: $17.15 an hour

Summary

Planned Companies’ clients recognize that welcoming tenants, guests, and vendors is as important as maintaining a presentable and safe property. To support this, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure excellent service and related amenities are provided to all.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences based on their needs and preferences, including:
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Providing directions, referrals, and access to local entertainment, dining, retail, sports, attractions, and transportation services.
• Managing mail, deliveries, and vendor services securely and accurately.
• Answering phones, monitoring the lobby, and controlling keys & access cards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Concierge or Lead Front Desk experience.
• A passion for providing a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, confident, and capable of multitasking with good time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
