LIVunLtd is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Associate to join our team! As a Lifestyle Associate, you will work alongside the Lifestyle Manager at a luxury residential or commercial building, assisting in overseeing concierge services for residents or tenants. Candidates should be resourceful, innovative, and passionate about delivering a five-star client experience. Weekends are required for this position.

This is a pipeline job posting for potential opportunities to join LIVunLtd as a part-time Lifestyle Associate for a luxury residential client.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Lifestyle Manager in welcoming residents and introducing them to concierge services, including move-in procedures.
• Handle lifestyle-related requests, such as securing dinner reservations and tickets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, restaurants, and vendors.
• Oversee daily facility operations and upkeep of amenities.
• Communicate effectively with the team, residents, and management about operational needs and events.
• Assist in training and coaching on-site staff regarding facility procedures.
• Promote and coordinate personal training, private instruction, and massage services.
• Coordinate programs, activities, classes, and events on the property.
• Manage pool operations as applicable, including maintenance, safety, and staff management.

Compensation

The position pays $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
