Job summary

Baseline Medical is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to act as the operational hub between patients, nurses, providers, and leadership. You will coordinate mobile wellness/illness appointments, optimize schedules, and respond to urgent changes while maintaining a concierge patient experience.

The role is part-time and fully on-site at our Fairfax, VA headquarters, with 2–4 rotating shifts per week. Weekend availability is required, with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in medical scheduling or patient coordination
• Experience coordinating multiple providers and changing patient needs
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, messages, and emails and set patient appointments
• Monitor provider availability and adjust schedules as needed
• Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with nurses, providers and leadership
• Perform administrative duties and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Use scheduling software to manage appointments efficiently
• Deliver concierge-level patient experiences
