Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL, seeks a guest experience host to welcome guests from pre-arrival to departure, delivering personalized, seamless stays across a luxury resort and vacation rental environment.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Transportation, Sales and Leadership to anticipate guest needs, record preferences, provide tailored recommendations, coordinate activities and ensure every arrival feels welcoming and memorable, day or night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a guest-facing role; luxury hotel/resort preferred.
• Experience with large-scale resort or multi-unit properties preferred.
• Familiarity with pre-arrival processes, front office operations, or concierge services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages desirable.
• Comfort with guest-facing technology and scheduling software.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and genuine guest care.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all guests from pre-arrival through departure.
• Proactively reach out to guests prior to arrival to confirm details and ensure documents are complete.
• Collect and record arrival times, celebration details, and preferences.
• Identify guest personas to create personalized, seamless experiences.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on guest needs or occasions.
• Assist guests with advance booking of transportation, cabanas, activities, dining, and add-ons.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation, Transportation, Sales, and Leadership to fulfill requests.
• Identify potential guest issues and resolve or elevate them appropriately.
• Provide a welcome amenity when applicable and introduce yourself as the dedicated Host.
• Greet guests within 15 minutes of arrival and establish trust and warmth.
• Create mid-stay surprises and final-night moments aligned with guest usage.
• Roam the Landing and Evermore Bay Promenade to be available to in-house guests.
• Read guest cues; maintain privacy while staying highly responsive.
• Document interactions and preferences in the CRM for continuity.
• Handoff to a designated colleague before days off or shift end.
