Westgate Resorts is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to be the welcoming heartbeat of our Orlando resort. You will respond to guest inquiries, coordinate bell services, and collaborate with front desk and departments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a guest-first mindset. Eligible candidates should meet the listed qualifications and be prepared for a PM schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• PM Schedule required: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with weekends/holidays.
• Stand for long periods.
• Exposure to sunlight on occasion.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
• Multitasking and organizational abilities for efficient bell staff assignment.
• Problem-solving for guest concerns or logistics.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/evenings.
• Basic Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
• Valid Florida Driver License to drive golf cart and up to 15-passenger van.

Aufgaben

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate and assign bell services for luggage, room changes, and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments for smooth operations.
• Oversee luggage handling, storage, and security procedures.
• Manage transportation requests and VIP/special guest services.
• Act as liaison between guests and resort departments to enhance experience.
• Monitor workflow during peak check-in/check-out periods.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, policies, and local attractions.
• Serve as lobby ambassador for welcoming arrivals/departures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
