Job summary

Clinical duties include interviewing patients, recording assessments in EMR, venipuncture, basic lab tests, and assisting with procedures, while using diagnostic equipment such as EKG as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and formal nursing training completed.
• 2+ years’ experience as an LPN, preferably in primary care.
• Current BLS certification and active nursing license in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients and document assessments in EMR.
• Perform venipuncture, basic tests and assist procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure patient comfort.
