Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN to work alongside a concierge physician to deliver high-quality care for corporate clients. You will perform front and back-office duties, assess patients, relay changes to the physician, and ensure clinicians have resources to succeed.

The role emphasizes patient satisfaction and active involvement in a fast-paced, team-based environment focused on innovative primary care delivery models.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required plus graduation from a formal training program.
• 2+ years' experience preferred as an LPN, ideally in primary care.
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the applying state.
• Must be able to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform other office-based procedures.
• Must have exceptional phlebotomy skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
• Record patient's assessments into an Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests and coordinate with contracted labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain patient flow and handle scheduling, calls, and referrals.
• Manage message retrieval and communications with patients and pharmacies.
• Fulfill medical record requests and data abstraction.
• Create a positive and supportive patient visit experience.
