Marathon Health Inc. seeks an LPN to work with a concierge physician, supporting clinical and administrative functions for corporate clients.

You will interview patients, record assessments in EMR, perform venipuncture and basic tests, assist with procedures, and maintain clean exam rooms in a fast-paced primary care setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma required plus graduation from a formal LPN training program.
• 2+ years’ LPN experience preferred in primary care.
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state.
• Ability to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform office-based procedures.
• Must have exceptional phlebotomy skills.

Responsabilités

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
• Record patient’s assessments into an Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests and coordinate with labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic/therapeutic equipment.
• Keep exam rooms clean, disinfected, and stocked with supplies.
• Maintain patient flow and coordinate referrals and other care.
• Retrieve messages and respond to calls from patients and offices.
• Fulfill medical record requests and abstractions.
• Make the medical visit a positive and supportive experience.
