Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a concierge physician, delivering high-quality care in corporate client clinics. You will handle front and back-office duties, assess patients, inform the physician of changes, and ensure clinicians have the tools they need to succeed.

The role requires an LPN license, BLS, and experience in a primary care setting. You will manage venipuncture, EKGs, EMR entries, referrals, and patient flow with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required plus graduation from a formal training program.
• 2+ years’ experience as an LPN preferred in primary care.
• Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the applying state.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Interview patients and report findings to the physician.
• Record assessments in the EMR system.
• Perform venipuncture, EKGs and basic lab tests; coordinate with labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
• Coordinate referrals and patient scheduling; respond to patient messages.
