Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an LPN to support a concierge physician and deliver high-quality primary care for corporate clients. You will assist with clinical and administrative duties, perform venipuncture, EKGs, and record assessments in EMR to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, maintaining clean exam rooms, and delivering a positive patient experience in a collaborative team. BLS and state licensure are required, with 2+ years in primary care preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and formal LPN training with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification and state nursing license to practice.
• Able to give injections, perform EKGs and basic office procedures.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Support physician in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings.
• Record assessments in EMR; perform venipuncture and basic labs.
• Assist with medical procedures and use diagnostic equipment like O2 therapy, EKG.
• Keep exam rooms clean and stocked; manage patient flow and calls.
• Coordinate referrals and specialist visits; respond to patient inquiries.
• Process medical record requests and ensure a positive patient experience.
