Job summary

Pier House is seeking a part-time concierge to warmly greet guests, coordinate reservations, and share local recommendations. You will act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, handle special requests, and actively promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires maintaining a clean concierge lounge and accurate information on local services. Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival.
• Liaise between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on requests.
• Maintain an information file on local services and attractions and recommend them to guests; suggest hotel amenities.
• Keep the concierge lounge clean and organized, handle dishes, and maintain the kitchenette.
