Jackson Physician Search presents a premier concierge primary care physician role in Cashiers, North Carolina. This outpatient-only practice emphasizes real-time, relationship-based care with affluent patients and a focus on preventive wellness in a mountain community.

The schedule is light—about 5 to 7 patients daily with 60-minute appointments, Monday through Thursday 8am–5pm and every other Friday 8am–1pm.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive care and wellness.
• Ability to provide personalized, relationship-based care over years of patient interaction.

You'll care for a small, affluent and deeply engaged panel in one of the most beautiful mountain communities in the Southeast. This role trades the volume pressure of traditional primary care for lasting patient relationships, proactive wellness and the autonomy to practice at your best.

• $400,000 guaranteed base salary
• Outpatient only, with no hospital admissions or inpatient duties
