The ideal candidate has an associate degree and at least two years in sales or administrative roles, with strong customer service and computer skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for seniors. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least two years in sales or administrative roles with significant customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests and callers in a vibrant, professional manner.
• Work with the Executive Director and Sales Director to field inquiry calls and support sales efforts.
• Promote Brightview offerings in programming, dining services, care and safety.
• Make follow-up contacts with prospective residents and families.
• Maintain data in the Yardi lead base system timely and accurately.
• Keep model apartments ready to show at all times.
• Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with interviews and file compliance.
• Order and maintain inventory of office and community supplies.
