Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to help launch the Brightview Brick Sales Center in Brick, NJ. You will greet residents, families, and guests, promote services, and support sales efforts in a dynamic senior living community.

You will manage inquiries, maintain records in the Yardi system, and assist with interviews and office operations. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in Sales or Administrative roles with strong customer interaction.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Positive attitude, energy and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist residents, families, guests, and callers in a vibrant, professional manner.
• Promote Brightview programs, dining, care and safety offerings to prospects.
• Maintain up-to-date collateral and keep the Yardi lead base current.
• Support the Executive Director and Sales Director with inquiries and follow-ups.
• Help ensure model apartments are presentable and ready to show.
• Assist in interview processes and maintain compliant files.
