Job summary

Vida Integrated Health seeks an entry-level Functional Medicine Physician (ND/MD/DO) to join our concierge medicine team across Greater Seattle locations. You will collaborate with a diverse health team to provide integrative, patient-centered care and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• US work authorization.
• Active WA state license in good standing (ND/MD/DO).
• Functional Medicine training or strong interest.
• IFMCP preferred or in progress.
• Clinical experience in a primary care setting.
• Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy, trigger point, steroid injections, and PRP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients including medical history and lifestyle.
• Provide medical consultations in the Vida clinic and via Telemedicine.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis with functional medicine approaches.
• Maintain clinical records, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed.
