Vida Integrated Health in Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland seeks an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our concierge medical team. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship to deliver personalized primary care focused on prevention.

Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations.
