Job summary

Vida Integrated Health in Seattle, Bellevue and Kirkland seeks an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our concierge FM team. Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training or an A4M Fellowship.

This role emphasizes personalized care with longer consultations, interdisciplinary collaboration and a strong focus on prevention. Expect a supportive culture, professional development, and comprehensive benefits across six locations in Greater Seattle.

Qualifications

• Functional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship required or eligible for board examination.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in primary care setting including urgent care.
• US Work Authorization.
• Active WA state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide medical consultations in Vida clinic and via Telemedicine
• Develop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient's health issues.
• Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patient's treatment plans, for each patient.
• Monitor patient's condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external.
