You will conduct in-depth patient consultations, review diagnostics, coordinate follow-up care, document care thoroughly, and provide concierge access and referral coordination within a small practice.

Qualifications

• High-touch, patient-centered concierge service experience.
• Receptionist duties and scheduling management for visits and inquiries.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Board certification and eligibility for or current unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Training or experience in functional/integrative medicine and preventive care.
• Ability to work independently in a small practice and maintain high ethical standards.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools for documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and comprehensive evaluations.
