Job summary

Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our FM concierge medical team at Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations.

Candidates must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship. We emphasize longer consultations, personalized plans, and preventive care within a concierge primary care model.

Qualifications

• Must have Functional Medicine Training and/or an A4M Fellowship.
• MD/DO or ND medical credential required.
• Experience in concierge medicine or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work across Seattle area locations (Seattle/Ravenna, Bellevue, Kirkland).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care with a functional medicine approach to patients.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
