Aviva Port St. Lucie is seeking a polished Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests, and to support daily operations at the front desk of our Senior Living community in Port St. Lucie, FL. The role focuses on hospitality, information provision, and seamless coordination with multiple teams.

As our Concierge, you will serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for residents, families, guests, prospective residents, vendors, and community partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Warmly greet residents, families, visitors, prospective residents, vendors, and other guests
Create a professional, welcoming, and hospitality-focused front desk experience
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Manage visitor and vendor sign-in and sign-out procedures
Notify residents and team members when guests arrive
Receive and coordinate deliveries, packages, flowers, and other resident items
Assist residents with questions and requests and connect them with the appropriate team member when needed
Provide general community and marketing information to prospective residents and visitors
Support the Activities team with event and program reservations
Collect applicable program or event fees and maintain accurate records
Maintain and update resident information and community phone lists
Assist with general administrative and clerical responsibilities
Communicate important information to appropriate departments and team members
Support other departments when needed to provide an exceptional resident experience
Maintain resident confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Attend required staff meetings and training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain regular and dependable attendance
We are currently hiring for the following schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM); Saturdays and Sundays (7:30 AM - 7:30 PM)
Schedules may occasionally change based on the needs of the community. Team members will be provided appropriate notice whenever possible.
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of experience in concierge services, hospitality, front desk, reception, customer service, senior living, hotels, resorts, healthcare, or a related environment preferred
Warm, friendly, and professional personality
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, prospective residents, and team members
Comfortable answering phones and assisting multiple people throughout the day
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling resident information
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults
Ability to communicate effectively in English as required to perform the essential functions of the position
Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required
