The Waters is hiring a server to provide upscale dining services to residents and guests in a welcoming, professional manner. You will respond promptly to requests from residents, guests, and team members while representing The Waters with warmth and integrity.

Join a team committed to care, community, and exceptional service, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment. This position is onsite and part of a dedicated hospitality team serving the Minneapolis area.

Formación

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
