Job summary

The Waters Senior Living in Minneapolis, MN seeks a friendly Concierge to greet residents and guests, answer questions, and coordinate needs with a warm, professional demeanor.

You will be the face of the community, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and support residents and families through thoughtful service, planning events, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• The Concierge takes care of the needs and requests of residents and guests.
• Acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community.
• Represents The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner.

Schedule: M/W/F 4:30PM - 7PM and every other weekend, 9AM - 5PM

The Concierge takes care of the needs and requests of residents and guests. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to guest and team member requests in a timely manner, representing The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner.
