Job summary

The Waters Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to care for the needs and requests of residents and guests, serving as the face of the community and managing activity planning with a warm, inviting personality. Responsibilities include responding to requests promptly, coordinating resident and guest activities, and representing The Waters Senior Living professionally at all times.

A minimum of two years in a concierge or related role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.

• Engage residents' family and friends and visit with them.
• Minimum of two years' concierge or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the community and main information hub.
• Respond to resident and guest requests promptly.

Job Overview

The Concierge takes care of the needs and requests of residents and guests. The Concierge acts as the main point of contact for information or assistance in the community, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to guest and team member requests in a timely manner, representing The Waters Senior Living in a professional manner.

• Assists with the development and implementations of new, innovative ways to help our residents, families, and guests experience The Waters

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
