Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a spotless, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will contribute to a high level of hospitality through meticulous cleaning of common areas and resident spaces.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, apartments, coordinating with Maintenance, and submitting work orders as needed. A compassionate, detail-oriented team player in a resident-focused setting is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and elderly care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Ability to be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas according to standards and practices including restrooms, dining rooms, elevators, hallways, landings, stairs, railings, light fixtures, resident activity areas, and lobby.
• Cleans all assigned resident apartments.
• Works as a team with maintenance to take accountability for the building; monitor the look, smell, cleanliness, and maintenance of all spaces.
• Submits maintenance work orders to the Environmental Services team as needed.
• Notifies Environmental Services Manager when supplies are diminishing.
• Maintains a clean, orderly laundry room and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction.
• Other duties as assigned.
