Job summary

The Waters in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain pristine common areas and resident apartments in a compassionate, hospitality-driven environment.

You will work Monday, Wednesday, Friday with potential extra hours, enjoy paid holidays, 401k, and medical benefits starting the month after hire, and access OnShift for earned income.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a related position preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care.
• Ability to be detailed oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas according to standards and practices including, but not limited to, restrooms, dining rooms, elevators, hallways, landings, stairs, railings, light fixtures, resident activity areas, and lobby
• Cleans all assigned resident apartments
• Works as a team with maintenance to take accountability for the building; monitor the look, smell, cleanliness, and maintenance of all spaces
• Submits maintenance work orders to the Environmental Services team as needed
• Notifies Environmental Services Manager when supplies are diminishing
• Maintains a clean, orderly laundry room and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction
• Other duties as assigned
