Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages and uphold a welcoming, professional image in a community focused on hospitality.

Shift options include AM and PM with weekends and holidays as needed. The role requires excellent English communication and basic office software skills, and offers competitive pay and a path to growth within MBK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age over 18
• Background clearance as required by government regulations
• Negative TB test results
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, write and read English
• Ability to operate computer and basic software (Word, Excel, email)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones with courtesy
• Maintain front entrance, lobby and reception areas neat
• Sign in visitors and monitor logbook
• Transfer calls and deliver messages
• Assist with meal attendance tracking
• Support administrative functions for department heads and executives
• Display professional image through dress and conduct
