Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem coverage in Beverly Hills, CA. You will provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adults and children under supervision of a Physician or AP. Shifts include 7a–3p, 3p–11p, and 11p–7a, with 2–4 shifts per month.

Requirements include CA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS on hire, and 2–3 years of emergency or urgent care experience. Pay range is $65–$70 per hour, with pay subject to location and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; CA RN license required.
• CA RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications on hire.
• 2–3 years of emergency or urgent care experience.
• Active license to practice as RN in CA required; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications on hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history, vitals, intake, and prioritize patient care.
• Perform procedures: IV access, phlebotomy, vaccines, POC rapid tests, IV meds/fluids, and EKGs.
• Be integral to the patient care team and assist within scope of practice.
• Document patient information in Sollis’ EHR and Salesforce for membership team.
• Maintain and track medication inventory.
• Coordinate care with Aftercare, house calls, and Medical Partners.
• Work with clinical team to ensure policies and quality care.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered communication at all times.
• Participate in a house call if requested.
• Perform related duties as requested.
