Evolution Hospitality’s L’Auberge de Sedona invites a friendly Concierge to welcome guests and provide local insights, ensuring a memorable stay. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Bellman teams to smooth every guest interaction.

From greeting guests with warmth to addressing requests and coordinating services, you’ll help guests discover Sedona’s best spots while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Hotel or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
• Comfortable with financial data and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, make them feel at home, and share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.
• Keep a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines, and always meet brand and safety standards.
• Support daily operations, help hire and train team members, and inspire excellent service and teamwork.
• Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.
• Oversee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.
