Job summary

Westminster Towers in Orlando seeks a Concierge Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to welcome new patients, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with daily nursing care in the Health Center. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and adherence to regulations, with a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule.

Requirements include Florida CNA certification, CPR, and either a high school diploma or GED plus 3+ years experience or a bachelor’s degree in nursing/healthcare administration with 1+ year

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant per Florida laws.
• CPR certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years experience or bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in nursing/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring).
• Maintain room hygiene and bed cleanliness.
• Assist with meals and feeding when necessary.
• Take vital signs and report changes to nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per regulations.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly.
