Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park in Orlando, FL, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Health Center on a part-time, 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). You will provide direct nursing care, supervise day-to-day nursing activities by CNAs, and report to the Director of Nursing.

Must hold Florida CNA license and CPR certification; prior long-term care experience is desirable. The facility emphasizes infection control, bedside assistance, and compassionate resident care with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide direct patient care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.
• Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and follow directions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to transfer, lift, reposition residents safely using proper techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and feeding.
• Ensure beds are made and room hygiene is maintained.
• Serve meals on time and assist with meals if needed.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per guidelines.
