Job summary

Westminster Baldwin Park, a Life Plan Community in Orlando, FL, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct nursing care in the Health Center. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Nursing and supports daily nursing activities.

The position requires Florida CNA licensure and CPR certification, with prior long-term care experience preferred. Schedule: Full Time, 1st shift 6am-2pm. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to transfer, lift, and reposition residents safely.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting.
• Keep beds made; ensure cleanliness and high hygiene in the room.
• Assist with meals and feeding when necessary.
• Take vital signs and report observations to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control per federal/state requirements.
