Job summary

WHCC in Eagan, MN seeks a Client Success Specialist to partner with our Client Success Program members, providing personalized support and proactive communication to help clients grow their businesses and stay engaged with WHCC's industry-leading printing services.

You will collaborate across departments, onboard new members, help plan webinars, and advocate for client needs while maintaining accurate records and delivering concierge-level service.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, or related client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple account projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Client Success Program members via email, phone, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits.
• Deliver concierge-level service by understanding each client's business goals and recommending solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and opportunities.
