Job summary

WHCC in Minnesota seeks a Client Success Specialist to partner with top clients and guide them to grow their businesses using WHCC’s imaging and printing services. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, CS, Manufacturing, and Leadership to advocate for client needs and deliver concierge-level service.

The role focuses on proactive communication, strategic guidance, and strong data-driven reporting to improve engagement, retention, and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while meeting deadlines.
• On-site work at the Eagan facility with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Client Success Program members via email, phone, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits.
• Provide concierge-level service by understanding client goals and recommending solutions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly and professionally.
• Monitor activity, trends, and feedback to identify engagement and growth opportunities.
• Own CSP data tracking and reporting, delivering insights to retain and grow membership.
• Help onboard new CSP members and assist with product education and best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CS, Manufacturing, and Engineering to address complex requests.
• Assist in planning webinars, client meetings, events, and industry conference presence.
• Create educational emails, presentations, and client-facing communications.
• Manage event sponsorship requests and maintain client records.
