Relocation Connector Position Overview: We’re looking for a warm, people-oriented Virtual Concierge / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to act as a connector—not a seller—for individuals and families planning a move to or within North Carolina. This is not a real estate sales position, and a real estate license is NOT required. You’ll work remotely guiding newcomers through the relocation process by connecting them with the right professionals and resources. When a lead requests our Moving Guide, you’ll respond promptly, build rapport, and follow up with thoughtful questions to uncover their unique needs. Using our curated directory of trusted real estate agents, vendors, and service providers across North Carolina, you’ll make warm, confident introductions that help leads move forward with ease. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to relocation inquiries and deliver the Moving Guide • Follow up consistently— within 4 hours —via phone, text, or email • Use a question framework to understand each lead’s needs, timeline, and location preferences • Maintain accurate, timely notes and updates in the CRM (HubSpot) • Refer leads to appropriate real estate agents, vendors, and service providers • Make warm introductions and ensure a smooth transition to the next point of contact • Share helpful insights on North Carolina communities and services • Collaborate with the internal team to improve client experience and referral success Key Success Metrics: • Timely follow-up within 4 hours of each new lead • Consistent, accurate CRM updates and contact documentation • High rate of successful lead connections and referrals • Positive client and partner feedback • Clear, friendly, and effective communication throughout each interaction To Apply: Please send your resume and a short note about why this connector role feels like the right fit. Qualifications: • English must be your primary language • A Southern accent is preferred for warmth and regional familiarity • No real estate license needed—this is a relationship and referral-based role • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email tools is helpful • Basic knowledge of North Carolina’s cities, regions, and lifestyle amenities • Ability to work independently, manage multiple conversations, and follow up with care Role Details: • Remote/virtual position —work from home with flexible scheduling • Part-time to start with, opportunity for additional hours as lead volume increases • Bonuses are paid for successful connections and completed referrals Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
