About The Role

We are hiring a Customer Experience Concierge to support our real estate reward program participants. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to be the liaison between home buyers/sellers and our affiliated agents. You’ll guide customers through the entire real estate journey—from enrollment to closing—ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. This position is remote within the United States.

Work Schedule

  • Four weekdays from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET
  • Every Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 375–600 real estate customer files
  • Educate customers on program benefits and eligibility
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support through the buying/selling lifecycle
  • Act as a liaison between customers and real estate agents
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Recommend and facilitate ancillary services such as mortgage options
  • Accurately follow client-specific call flow policies
  • Meet performance metrics including enrollment, referrals, closings, and satisfaction
  • Use digital systems to manage high volumes of calls, texts, and emails daily
  • Provide proactive follow-up at key customer touchpoints

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of business experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Real estate knowledge or transaction experience preferred
  • Customer service experience in call center, retail, or financial services environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of digital literacy and comfort with multiple platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
