Job summary

PNC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Customer Care Center to deliver elevated, personalized service to Mass Affluent clients across channels. You will own client interactions from start to finish, resolve complex service needs, and build strong client relationships.

Shifts vary between 8:30am–9:00pm ET with weekend requirements. Remote work may be available in select locations, subject to approval; occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree with related experience.
• Typically 4+ years of related business experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle elevated, personalized client service across products and channels.
• Be the point of contact for affluent clients, investigating and resolving complex inquiries.
• Document interactions and proactively complete service requests to minimize client effort.
• Support multiple channels including inbound, outbound, and written communications.
