Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Concierge Services for Mass Affluent clients.

You will deliver high-touch service across channels, owning client interactions from start to finish and identifying solutions in a fast-paced environment. Generous shifts available from 8:30am to 9:00pm ET, including weekends, with potential remote work in select locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience; military service considered.
• No required certifications or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Performs elevated, personalized client service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products and services; resolves problems and is the point of contact for clients.
• Trained across multiple products to receive, investigate and resolve complex client inquiries from all channels; primarily interacts with affluent clients.
• Maintains high levels of client satisfaction; demonstrates commitment to quality in client and service partner interactions.
• Documents and reviews client interactions, researches and resolves problems, and proactively completes service requests across channels.
