Job summary

PNC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Concierge Services in the Customer Care Center. You will deliver high-touch, personalized service to Mass Affluent clients across multiple channels, owning interactions end-to-end.

Shifts from 8:30am–9:00pm ET with weekend requirements; remote work may be available in select locations. You will build client relationships, resolve complex inquiries, and support across products while upholding PNC's service standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Ability to work across multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Performs elevated, personalized client service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services and owns and resolves problems while being the point of contact for clients.
• Trained and knowledgeable across multiple products and services to receive, investigate and proactively identify and resolve complex client inquiries regarding products, services and issues derived from all channels through which clients are served.
• Consistently maintains high levels of client satisfaction and demonstrates commitment to quality through client and service partner interactions.
• Documents and reviews client interactions, researches and resolves problems, and proactively completes service requests to minimize client effort or additional action.
