Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure a warm and inviting morning dining experience for guests at our properties in Columbus, OH. You will handle breakfast setup, stock, basic food prep, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area.

In this role you will greet guests, assist with inventory, and support management with opening duties. We value service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across our Concord-managed hotels.

• Set up and stock the breakfast area with food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare simple breakfast items such as coffee, toast, oatmeal, and pre-packaged foods.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Monitor food quality and temperature, replenishing items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about breakfast offerings.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.
• Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
